核心训练
死虫式 14*3
临时加一组胸部训练(训练胸部下沿)
wide chest press 15*3 2.5kg*2
ps:
1.健身房称好像有问题??体重毫无变化???
2.核心训练减少平板支撑,加量死虫式。
3.箭步蹲真的是死亡训练[衰]
