同事姐姐辞职了,作为她的farewell lunch去了这家赤坂附近有露台座位、工业风装修的时髦餐厅吃course。
第1道:用了毛豆和不知道是奶油还是奶酪做的puree,吃起来就是…奶味和毛豆味;
第2道:简单清爽的蔬菜沙拉,怎么做都不会失败但也不会太出彩的那种,里面两片生鱼片很新鲜,配的酸甜口酱汁还算加分[馋嘴];
第3道:淡而无味的土豆冷汤,里面撒点山羊奶酪和橄榄油就上桌了,我中午刚吃过就记不起味道了,属于串门凑数的;
第4道:主菜还真的算是压住了轴,用的是据说很贵的米泽牛…的邻居米泽
猪的猪肉,看似肥腻但其实很清爽,配上香料简直觉得像是在吃一点膻味都没有的羊羔肉。但是没有烤制得完全熟,吃到最后两口发现有血丝…虽然没有一丝腥气,还是有点膈应地停下了刀叉;
最后的甜点:配着苦苦的红茶才能平衡甜味的无甚可书的焦糖布丁。
边和好久不见的同事们聊着天边心不在焉地上一道吃一道。不得不说装修得越fancy,还有露台观景位,还在赤坂这样写满了我很贵的地段,这样的餐厅一般都…不会很好吃。
也是,毕竟眼睛和相机都吃饱了,嘴巴就往后稍稍吧。不过,开始想搞点米泽猪来自己做了。当然,要全熟。 https://t.cn/RJ7468k
