很多客人和调酒师会问我:调制一杯自己的鸡尾酒的灵感来自于哪里,怎么去研发出一杯创新的鸡尾酒。 其实很多时候灵感来自于有心的你,有心的热爱生活的你主动去发现生活中很多有趣的东西,而且我喜欢在很多菜的基础上去用酒的方式呈现,比如黑金是因为吃了意大利松露饭,而这杯“Sumai烧麦”的灵感也来自于我现在生活的城市,烧麦是南京的一大特色小吃,刚好我朋友在我店开业的时候送了我麦穗 ——寓意大麦大卖,我觉得如果我去做一杯以麦为主题的鸡尾酒是非常有意义的,所以和团队经过很多次尝试,怎么样尽可能的减少浪费,重复利用和食材搭配的基础上后得出以下:

瓶小口,短颈,圆腹,中腰紧收,圈足。外壁施白釉,白釉上绘斗 彩云龙纹,器身中间束腰处,横书“大明万历年制”楷款。此瓶为清代 乾隆时期的仿品,主要是从器型上仿明代万历时期的器物,其施彩工艺 为乾隆时期斗彩品种的代表。
