On July 30, 2022, Mr. Ma Yuntao joined Taihe Institute (TI) as a senior fellow.
Since graduating from the People's Public Security University of China, Mr. Ma has had an extensive career in national security. Mr. Ma is widely recognized for his rich practical experience and profound insights in this field. The addition of Mr. Ma Yuntao further strengthens Taihe Institute's research capabilities in both international politics and the protection of China's interests abroad.
Also, Taihe Institute is pleased to announce that Mr. Ma Yuntao has been appointed as Deputy Secretary-General. In his new capacity, Mr. Ma will take up the responsibility for daily management and coordination.

I debated a topic with one of my colleagues. The topic is that how a younger should choose an appropriate way to get a promotion.
My colleague thinks the younger has to gain the capacity that is necessary for success first of all. On the opposite, I think it is not necessary for the younger to match a higher position 100%. Promote him or her to that position, trust him or her,give enough supports to him or her. He or she will surprise you.
An elder brother ever shared an opinion with me that "we need to give youngers opportunities to develop themselves. Just like Jack Ma appoint Miss Peng as the HRD of Alibaba."
