Sound Quality is excellent and customer service is top notch. I started with the V4 opamps and then upgraded to the V5. I had some issues with 7 of the 8 that I had and had them replaced under warranty. My only complaint is not with the product itself, but the shipping costs from the US to AUS that I’ve had to pay for twice.
