Done with finals!!! Officially finished the first year. Unbelievable.
Had my first session with S’s wellbeing coach. Couldn’t expect so many resources available even during the summer. Learned that my body is “smarter” than my brain. If my body wants to take a rest (i.e. waste time), my brain should allow it to.
