在分类上,夜明珠可分别按照材质和磷光体做划分。其中,以磷光体来分类,它可被分为“长余辉蓄光型夜明珠”和“永久发光的夜明珠”。在“长余辉蓄光型夜明珠”中,由于磷光体中的激活剂不具备放射性,因此只能在被外界光源比如日光、紫外线等激发后才会发光。
最近,南京邮电大学材料科学与工程学院黄维院士团队的陶冶教授、和该校信息材料与纳米技术研究院陈润锋教授团队,以夜明珠为灵感开发出一款寿命长达 4.2 秒的高效蓝色余辉材料。审稿人称,此工作是对长余辉领域的另一突出贡献。借此开发出来的材料,可作为多彩型高级防伪墨水,通过喷墨打印技术可制备出颜色丰富的图案,在多重信息加密中具备应用能力。
4 月 15 日,相关论文以《通过磷光 FRET 按需调节水溶性聚合物的余辉颜色用于多色安全印刷》(On-demand modulating afterglow color of water-soluble polymers through phosphorescence FRET for multicolor security printing)为题,发表在 Science Advance 上。南京邮电大学黄维院士、陶冶教授和陈润锋教授,担任共同通讯作者。
