From the New Year to now, I have been sick, round after round, killing almost all of my time and energy. Along with the physical discomfort, the mood is also depressed, and the desire to express is at an all-time low. Although it is not a big problem, but also deeply felt the physical and emotional close connection. I was fortunate to be able to dance, and dance, from time to time, dragged me out, gave me a good flow of pleasure and sweat, and kept me from wallowing in the low anxiety of illness.

Time is kept and curated in differentways by trees, and so it is experienced in different ways when one is among them. The discretion of trees, and their patience, are both affecting. It is beyond our capacity to comprehend that the American hardwood forest waited seventy million years for people to come and live in it. It is valuable anddisturbing to know that grand oak trees can take three hundred years to grow, three hundred years to live and three hundred years to die. Such knowledge, seriously considered, changes the grain of the mind.

I was dying! And I told my coach I was dying, but he couldn’t understand English. He kept saying: you are not dying, you are just tired.”
法国小哥:“so I see you tomorrow? Come here every day!” 我瘫倒在地,摆手:“no no no not tomorrow, I’m dying!”
