Actually, I’m the a lucky person cause my parents love me so much , and I have a clever younger brother who loves me so much too. And the best thing is I have a great BF , although we have a very far distance, but there is no doubt that we care about each other no matter we can’t company with each other. I’m so lucky, cause I feel happiness in this world. Comparing many same age guys, I’m so lucky.

i didn't do meditation nor exercising today, though my body is not so sore, my heart is unwell, having tightness and tingling pain often these days, and i feel like to rest.

i didn't eat many noodles, because i wanted to finish the waxapples, and then i got full and satisfied~

i took pictures of flower at night, because i think they actually look beautiful too in a different way at night, and this afternoon i had a thought occurred to me, "life is also a process of self-acceptance."
i don't wanna dye my gray hair, so i am gonna taking care of my body, do what i can do and see how they're gonna improved.
to be honest, when they become gray so much in short time, i felt shocked and nervous, i know i'm not well, just when it's involved multiple causes i have to go to the professional for advice, and that's why i went to see the Chinese medicine doctor, now i know the reason, and i don't wanna rely on taking medicine, so i am gonna try it on my own, and of course, if necessary, i will go to the doctor again.

i saw p8 earlier and then i remembered i wear my clothes with the same character on it today, a synchronicity~
and nope i didn't take any selfie today before p9 after seeing p8, i'm saying the system can't know about it, right?
