long story short, i might fall asleep around 1am, and then i dreamed of an earthquake, i woke up, and next second an earthquake actually happened about 2am, quite huge, but it's midnight, everyone was asleep, though i heard dogs bark outside, and i went to toilet and then back to sleeping by 2:30am, but i didnt sleep continously nor deeply, around 8:4x am? i woke up again, and then fell back to catch more rest, i might sleep nearly 8 hours in total.
having tingling pain to my heart and premature heartbeat since got up, been having pressure on my chest.
another thing I'd like to share is, i personally dont see havinf e.t. contact a big issue, because i felt something odd inside, and i tried to fight it out, and then i found that i am more like take it in a natural way, like see extraterrestrials as one of us, I've been used to that idea of living together with them.
