世界各地的城市越来越多地受到气候变化的影响,其中“热”广泛地影响人类健康以及居住舒适度,而“水”具有调节周围温度的作用,常被城市设计和景观设计所应用。但研究表明,城市中的小水体只有非常微弱的冷却作用,因此为了改善城市环境,本文提出了“冷却城市水环境”的概念,将水体本身与4 个设计原则(包括遮阳蒸散、风、水蒸发和物理通道等)相结合,使其周围环境变得更冷。本文将这一概念应用于特定的城市环境,测试其微气象性能,并结合问卷调查城市设计师和景观设计师如何看待其可用性,最后总结了该概念在实践中的适用性。
本文选择荷兰“绿色码头”项目中马克河500 米长的一段作为案例研究,利用ENVI-met 对微气象效应进行数值模拟,将PET 作为主要指标,选取炎热无风和多云多风这两种具有不同气候条件的两天进行测算研究。结果表明,将概念应用于小型城市水体周围具有明显的冷却效果。为探究其实践适用性,本研究对“冷却城市水环境”概念应用的相关从业者以及参加概念研讨会的更广泛的从业者两类人群分别进行了问卷调查,结果表明大部分从业者对于水的冷却作用有着不同看法,并将在未来采用此概念设计城市水体。最后,文章指出,“冷却城市水环境”概念有可能为设计小型城市水体的新方式奠定基调,但概念的进一步推广还需要更详细的微气候定量评估,并在不同条件地区进行有效性测试。

风力发电作为一种清洁能源,可以有效地减少碳排放,对实现双碳目标具有重要意义。然而目前空间规划中对以风能为代表的新能源基础设施的考量,大多仅限于从实体角度考虑其布局选址,而忽略了对时间维度的关注。多重时间性方法可以揭示规划实践的复杂性,进而指导规划干预。作者对2017—2019 年英国4 个陆上风电场案例进行深入调查,探索风电场全周期运行期间对周边环境产生的影响,包括运行期间中的多重时间性变化,以及变化所涉及和影响的社会空间范围,并从经济、政策、景观和社区变化4 个方面进行总结,提出新能源基础设施的多重时间性规划方法框架。
