【LILY小厨】红糖枣糕☕
我觉得这款红糖枣糕的红枣味非常浓郁,老人孩子都适合吃。
✔食材:
红枣130克,红糖90克,牛奶130克,鸡蛋5个,低筋面粉160克,泡打粉3克,玉米油80克
✔做法:
①首先将红枣开边去核,加入牛奶红糖煮至红糖熔化,晾凉后,用破壁杯搅打成泥状
②倒岀枣泥至搅拌盆内,打入五个鸡蛋,用电动打蛋器打至蛋液膨胀,画8字5秒钟不消退状态
③过筛低筋面粉和泡打粉,翻拌均匀,倒入抹油或铺有油纸的8寸模具中,表面用红枣粹和芝麻装饰
④烤箱预热,350℉(180℃)烤一小时岀炉,从模具中取出,晾凉后食用
✔温馨提示:
*这是全蛋法打发,要控制好蛋糕糊打发的状态
*烤箱的温度和时长要根据自家烤箱的脾气做调整
