今日美食《红酒牛肉》
主料:尚牧牛肉500g、红酒1杯
调料:洋葱1颗、蒜3瓣、中筋面粉3大勺、香草束一捆(包括欧芹parsley,百里香thyme,香叶)胡萝卜4根、西红柿罐头1听、鸡汤适量(如果没有鸡汤用水也可以)、黑胡椒粉、盐
做法 :
①、牛肉洗净切块后用厨房纸吸去表面水分;
②、一大颗洋葱切小块,蒜切末备用,取出面粉备用;
③、取一锅,锅内放适量油,中大火,煎牛肉块至表面焦黄;
④、锅内倒入洋葱,炒至洋葱变软,大约2-3分钟的样子,倒入蒜末炒香。倒入面粉,搅拌均匀;
⑤、倒入煎好的牛肉,再倒入红酒,翻拌均匀;
⑥、加入适量的鸡汤,倒入番茄罐头,其中最后汤的份量以刚好没过肉的样子即可;
⑦、欧芹,百里香,香叶用棉线捆好,放入锅中;
⑧、大火烧开汤后,盖上锅盖,转小火炖1个小时左右;
⑨、胡萝卜去皮,切块,倒入锅中,再小火炖1个小时左右。
