Constantly looking for sympathy from others will not change your life, but seeking sympathy from Allaah will He knows, He cares and He can.

Feel so down today..... I do not know why. Suddenly, so manything need to concern. Courses, final, assinments and some little things in the life. I feel like i cannnot breathe. But just do not know why.......
What is the exactly the main thing........causes me to feel like that......
I donot know.. Actually maybe I know what is going on with me..hahh
Some uninvited guests show up....but i do not like them. It is not a big deal. But i will feel uncomfortable....
Although i hope there will be someone can fight with me. But not like these[允悲]

As a practitioner, you need to apply flexibly the Three Methods to tame your discursive thoughts, i.e. Taming thoughts with thoughts, Taming thoughts by looking directly at them and Taming thoughts by settling down. Donot cling to the one which is not applicable.
