There are three primary breathing patterns
• Abdominal – known also as diaphragmatic breathing. It represents the first stage of the diaphragm’s activity . This is the most energy efficient taking up less than 5% of the body’senergy to breathe. There is little or no movement of
the chest at rest.
• Lateral costal breathing comes into play with increased air flow when singing or exercising etc.This represents the second stage of the diaphragm’sactivity. There is noticeable lateral expansion of the lower thorax through the ‘bucket handle’ action ofthe lower ribs.
• Apical or upper chest breathing – can take up to 30% of the body’s energy as it involves a lot of secondary accessory muscle use. Here the chest expansion is more in an anteropostero direction due to the ‘pump handle’ action in the upper ribs.
有三种主要的呼吸模式

杭州怎么会这么热啊,都 9 月份了还 36 度,热到我现在还必须穿短裤。[裂开]
其实我小时候是有点自卑的,因为自己瘦的跟个猴似的,初中的时候都不怎么穿短袖,反正黑龙江夏天也不热,而且特别喜欢戴帽子。
上大学之后好了很多,因为艺术类院校氛围很开放,就渐渐的放飞自我了,也自信了不少,自己怎么喜欢怎么来。
但我还是有点想夏天过去的,这样就可以穿长裤和卫衣了,还有厚一点的篮球鞋,这样可以显得自己不那么瘦。。。
所以到头来还是有点自我 body shame,不过现在确实好了不少,工作之后也胖了一点,穿衣服能撑起来了(有胸了?),什么类型的衣服都敢穿。
其实还是要自信点,把自己打扮的个性点,喜欢什么就穿什么,我相信自己的审美,再说了戴口罩出门谁认识你啊。[doge]
