A Lady
You are beautiful and faded,
Like an old opera tune
Played upon a harpsichord;
Or like the sun-flooded silks
Of an eighteenth century boudoir.
In your eyes
Smoulder the fallen roses of outlived minutes,
And the perfume of your soul
Is vague and suffusing,
With the pungence of sealed spice jars,
Your half-tones delight me,
And I grow mad with gazing
At your blent colours.
My vigor is a new-minted penny,
Which I cast at your feet.
Gather it up from the dust,
That its sparkle may amuse you.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
"Since my father grew a beard, I've liked them ever since I was young. So I kept on growing mine. When I was in the army, I was always told to cut it. I didn’t get why I had to get rid of something that comes out of my body. It ended up like this after just letting it grow. Now I'm even doing some beard modeling. I have a lot of stories from my part time job at the convenience store because of my beard. Weirdly enough, customers often ask about my religion. The first thing they say is, 'Can I ask what your religion is?' I think my beard might remind them of a Muslim man or something… but I'm a Catholic."

I'm tired of being alone
I want to find her, eat together, sleep together, watch the sunrise and sunset together, laugh together, cry together, watch the beauty of the world together, grow old together, and then listen to her say, "Hey, bad old man, I want to eat sugar. https://t.cn/R2WxHFa
