Pasta with spinach and cream. Very fast.
Spinach - 250-300 gr, cream - 100 ml, butter - 30 gr., vegetable oil, pasta, basil, cheese (Parmesan), salt
1. Cook the pasta in salt water.
2. Cut spinach and fry in butter (butter + vegetable oil). 2-3 minutes. Add the cream and basil. Salt. Mix. Bring to a boil. Add the paste. Mix. Cover with a lid for 1 minute. Done.
3. In the plate, add grated cheese.

Just because you’re a vegetarian doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice health for flavor in fact once you begin to appreciate the flavors of nature then your tastebuds will become hyper sensitive and food will become multidimensional! Anyway so I made a vegetarian lasagne from some of the scraps left in the fridge and here is the recipe.
1. Boil water to peel the skin off two large tomatoes, dice them to bits, add olive oil cook the tomatoes with chopped basil leaves, parsley and shredded carrot, add a dash of tomato sauce for color and sea salt for flavor, simmer until the water evaporates and the texture becomes a paste.
2. Mash tofu then steam baby spinach leaves, squeeze out the water and add to tofu with sea salt.
3. Place the lasagna pastry in hot water for 10mins, olive oil pan fry the zucchini until soften.
4. Layer tomato paste, pastry, tofu, zucchini, pastry, tomato paste, cheese, pastry, tofu, zucchini and cheese to top with pumpkin seeds and pine nuts.
5. Pre-heat oven to 180degrees, middle level cook for 30mins until cheese is browned.
