Advanced conjuctival squamous cell carcinoma.
Squamous cell carcinoma of the conjunctiva is the most frequent malignant tumor of the ocular surface.
It is a rare disease with an incidence of 0.13 – 1.9 per 100,000 people, affecting mainly individuals between 50 and 70 years old and mostly men. It is more frequent in areas near the equator and Africa, where sun exposure is very high which is considered the highest risk factor. The presence of actinic skin diseases, such as solar keratosis and squamous cell carcinoma of the skin have been associated with this as well. Other factors involved are human papillomavirus (HPV) type 16 and 18, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), exposure to oil derived products, industrial oils and tobacco.
It clinically appears as an exophytic, sessile or pedunculated lesion with superficial vessels that affect the interpalpebral region near the sclerocorneal limbus, but it can affect any area of the ocular globe. It might be confused with benign lesions and delay diagnosis and treatment, therefore suspicion and histopathology study are fundamental.
The treatment depends on the extent of the tumor and can include a wide range of possible treatments that can go from topical chemotherapy to orbital exenteration.

[泪] nel mio carrello c'è proprio un monte di cose da comprare, ma dove li trovo sti soldi???? No money = no shopping
e ora lavoro al negozio anche se solo mezza giornata, però alcune volte lavoro come un cane, beh si sono molto pesanti, circa 20kg?/10? Vabbè, insomma pesa. Il punto è che non ho lo stipendio!!!! e questo causa che non posso comprare le cose che voglio prendere a prima vista, allora, il mio stipendio = i soldi che mi danno i genitori, questo è il punto!!! Non sono miei!!! Se compro qualcosa mi diranno: cosa compri a Fare??? Ce ne hai un monte a casa??? K rottura cmq. E se uso i miei soldi del,mio stipendio, non possono dire nulla. I decide how my life are going on.
Però d'altronde se non aiuti loro, diranno di sicuramente qlcs. Però prima non avevo pensato a così tanto, aiutavo e basta, wow non mi piace tanto come ragiona bb, perché da una parte dice k non non sappiamo niente e dall'altra quando voglio fare una cosa ha sempre da ridire
Un'altra cosa cazzosa è che se non fai, non ascolti le parole che loro dicono passi da ' bambino ribelle'
Il problema sta che sono grande, so ragionare da sola, e sinceramente penso troppo, mi rende infelice continuare così, ho bisogno di una soluzione e ho bisogno di più free time
