吉泰有关NVH 的解决方案
车辆动力总成系统的电气化,以及通过移除内燃机减少整体的相关噪音,导致混动(HEV、PHEV、REEV)或纯电车型 (EV) 中,与齿轮啮合相关的NVH问题出现频率更多、情况更严重。吉泰作为国际动力总成产品研发与验证的专家,能为客户提供多项有关新能源汽车NVH的解决方案。
对于相关项目,吉泰采用定制的8D流程,从项目的启动到汽车后市场,都会为我们的客户提供支持。在亚琛工业大学NVH专家Jan-Welm Biermann教授的带领下,我们的跨职能专家运用他们在系统、硬件/电子电器和软件开发以及相关验证方面的专业知识,明确问题的根源,制定解决方案和相关的验证和确认方法,并向客户提供在程序和指南中实施的经验教训。
不仅如此,吉泰还开发了定制化的测量(例如使用 ROTEC Systems GmbH)和评估方法(例如通过应用 VDV 方法),用可视化的方式清楚显示客户的问题,使工程师能够深入调查问题的根本原因并可加以验证开发方案。

GETEC’s NVH Issue Resolution Service
The electrification of the powertrain, and the related overall noise reduction by removing the internal combustion engine, leads to higher appearance and significance of gear mesh related NVH issues in hybrid vehicles (HEV, PHEV, REEV) or electric vehicles (EV). GETEC Getriebe Technik GmbH, as an international expert for the development and verification of powertrain products, has performed multiple new energy vehicle NVH issue resolution services for our customers.
For those projects GETEC applies a customized 8D process which supports our customers from the occurrence till the resolution in the market. Our cross functional experts, led by our NVH expert Prof. Jan-Welm Biermann, RWTH Aachen University, apply their expertise in system, hardware / E/E and software development and the related verifications to clearly identify the issue’s root cause, develop solutions and the related verification & validation methods and provide to our customers lessons learned which can be implemented in the procedures and guidelines.
GETEC developed also customized measurement (using e.g. ROTEC Systems GmbH) and evaluation methods (e.g. by applying VDV methods) to clearly visualize the customer’s issue to enable engineers deeply investigate the root cause and allow to verify the developed solution.
