Tsukuru seems to have no strong personality, but he doesn’t lose his own pace.
I do like the chapter, which Tsukuru and Haida talk about music, freedom, boundries and death. Those daily but abstract topics inspire me to some extent —You shouldn’t fear boundaries, but you also should not be afraid of destroying them.
