#NovaScotia##Halifax##camping##3# It’s hard do put in to words how special and sacred this past weekend was, Kidston is a place where God comes close in expected and unexpected ways, from watching shooting stars in the field, to getting muddy at the bog, from painting to swimming in the lake with a greased up watermelon, to eating s’mores and singing around the fire, from laughing with new and old friends to exploring the woods and stream.
God is here, all the time.
Here are just a few photos from the amazing weekend. https://t.cn/RPszIbo

Today marks the 58th anniversary of the famous “I Have a Dream” speech. On August 28, 1963, Martin Luther King Jr. delivered his famous “I Have a Dream” speech to more than 200,000 people gathered on the National Mall in Washington. “Now is the time to make justice a reality for all of God’s children,” King said, looking forward to a day when people “will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.”
Delivering his speech as part of the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom, King called for civil and economic rights for African Americans in the United States. The hope Martin Luther King Jr. shared in his in 1963 still rings true.
