听说朋友Reina去了前滩的一家新餐厅云涧做主厨,去过的朋友都说不错。约了两三次,都因为口罩的原因失之交臂。
这次终于得以如愿!进入餐厅,风景太震撼了。夕阳下,在60多楼的云间,前滩,徐汇滨江尽收眼底;远处的魔都天际线(尤其是陆家嘴三件套)也非常清晰壮观。
今天的白葡萄酒上来就震撼到我了!BBV的默索大夏龙2007,像一股劲风让我直起鸡皮疙瘩。香气的复杂度,集中度,酸度下一子就把我拉倒了云间。相比这两天喝的其他默索,实在高出不止一个层次啊。至于这款红,83的小教堂,我早就知道她的实力。她需要点时间,但是慢慢的打开,香气越来越迷人,尤其是那种香料和花干的香味。酒的力量还在,回味也很悠长。这瓶酒比我几年前喝过的表现更好。可能和这是酒庄Late release版有关。
至于菜,每道菜都用足了心思,也挺好吃的。最喜欢的是烤春鸡,虽然比不上Belon的,但也很入味多汁,肉也不柴。主菜的海鲜Stew,挺有想法,只是有点偏辣了。感谢Reina的安排,更期待下一季的新菜单!
