【The Mechanical Characteristics and Experimental Study of the Stratospheric Airship】
Stratospheric airship is a special near-space air vehicle and can be an ideal stratospheric bearing platform. This paper first summarized the technical difference between stratospheric airship and traditional airship, discussed the technical difficulties of stratospheric airship, including material, deformation, temperature effect, energy system, etc., and carried out experiments. Finally obtained the relevant parameters of stratospheric airship design, and forecasted the development direction.

【Relationship between the Northern Hemisphere Sea Ice Area and Global Temperature by Multifractal Analysis】
Sea ice is a critical component of the climate system because it strongly influences albedo, surface turbulent heat fluxes, surface wind drag, and upper-ocean stratification. Multifractal is a non-uniform, more complex fractal and is separated into many sub-sets characterized through different fractal dimensions. Studies show that climate change can be interpreted from the view of fractals. A change in fractality may be observed when the climate changes. To study the relations among the Northern Hemisphere (NH) sea ice area, solar activity, global temperature, and Pacific Decadal Oscillation (PDO), this paper investigated changes in the fractal behavior of these time series by multifractal analysis.
