清晨一进校门,一片紫色花海映入眼帘,前几日我怎么没注意到呀,好奇怪。风景于人,大概也是随心情而定的,境由心生。生活纷繁芜杂,频于应付,也只能多看看美好的事物cheer oneself up了。
对了,这种紫色的花系“蓝花鼠尾草”(sage ),跟薰衣草同属唇形科植物, 也有淡淡幽香;原产于欧洲南部与地中海沿岸,如它的名字般,穗状的花朵就像根老鼠的小尾巴,蓝紫色的小花十分可爱,你知道它的花语和传说吗?

#每日手记# 朋友问今天做的pulled pork的 recipe:wws或coles买一块pork shoulder,加一点black pepper,thyme和paprika
,然后加点酱油,蚝油,brown sugar,我放了一勺酒(其实可以做成中国式卤肉),把肉抹匀,加一点点水(只要一点点)放压力锅里压了两次(或者slow cooker搞四~六小时),到瘦肉可以撕成一丝丝就可以了,肉捞起来,去掉全部肥肉,只剩下瘦肉,用叉子弄散成一丝丝,加BBQ sauce按自己味道调整一下就好。做好可以放一些急冻,吃的时候微波炉解冻就好。用brioche包,放点沙拉和这个pulled pork夹在一起#今日边框打卡# 非常好吃。 https://t.cn/RJLBwTp
