PPDA: passes per defensive action
对手在己方前场防守动作下的传球次数,越少越好

对手的后场出球完成度,也是越少越好
顾名思义,都是可以用来评估己方在高压防守的强度和效果。
今年的PPDA又涨了说明我们的高压在变差,可以看到窝窝离开时候的反效果,海龙并不是一个高效的压迫者(这个我在赛季初就讲过)。当然,我觉得今年曼联更大的问题在于rest defence和cutback的防守。简单的说就是防攻守转换和对禁区弧顶以及防止倒三角传球的保护。被进了太多类似的进球了。
我们的中场一直有问题,上赛季解决rest defence和cutback靠的就是后方四人组的个人单防能力和机动性补位能力。本赛季后防崩了就彻底寄了,G了,噶了,没了

开放性损伤
如被刀切伤、玻璃割伤等,可用无菌纱布或干净的毛巾按压患处,出血明显者可加压包扎并抬高患肢,如伤口有明显的玻璃碎片等异物,可以使用凉开水或者瓶装水等冲洗异物后再包扎,并尽快就医。
闭合性伤口
如关节扭伤等,可以按照“RICE原则”初步处置伤口:
Rest(休息):休息、制动、防止再损伤;
Ice(冰敷):受伤后24-28小时内冰敷,每次15-20分钟,间隔1-2小时;
Compression(加压包扎):减少局部出血;
Elevator(抬高患肢):减轻肿胀。
如果伤处有明显的畸形、异常响声、疼痛明显等,应尽快到医院进一步检查治疗。
常用的包扎材料有三角胶、绷带。
三角巾有称为万能巾,全身上下都能包,比如头顶帽、单胸、双胸、单肩、双肩、腹部等等。绷带常用的有环形、螺旋、回返、8字等等。#临沂市青年志愿者协会##创伤急救
