p7: work out inner thighs, 30 times*3.

p12: sit on toes, 60 times.

i tried p3-p5 the first time today, to work out my winging scapula but not to worsen them either, and not sure how they work on me yet.

but i found that my left arm is weaker than my right one, and that's also one of the reason i can't afford too many times when operating p3-p4.

also before finishing today's training, i used foam roller to relax body, including my calf, my neck and shoulders,, and then activate my arch of the foot.
also because i started it with p1, i sweated a lot today, and i quite enjoyed it~

oh i used towel to stretch my legs, and i did it yesterday too.
