That moment went you're halfway through an answer on the complexities and nuance of Sapkowski's writing, and the importance of representing it accurately, and you realise that you're in Madrid again, but you won't be able to see Madrid....again.
Next time, my Spanish friends, hopefully I can sample the joys of your city! Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!

#信我U健康# 基于mRNA技术研发的、能够预防艾滋病的疫苗,在早期动物实验中获得了成功,该研究成果已公开发表于《自然医学分册》......。
“An experimental HIV vaccine based on mRNA—the same platform technology used in two highly effective COVID-19 vaccines—shows promise in mice and non-human primates, according to scientists at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), part of the National Institutes of Health. Their results, published in Nature Medicine, show that the novel vaccine was safe and prompted desired antibody and cellular immune responses against an HIV-like virus. Rhesus macaques receiving a priming vaccine followed by multiple booster inoculations had a 79% lower per-exposure risk of infection by simian-human immunodeficiency virus (SHIV) compared to unvaccinated animals. The research was led by Paolo Lusso, M.D., Ph.D., of NIAID’s Laboratory of Immunoregulation, in collaboration with other NIAID scientists, investigators from Moderna, Inc. and colleagues at other institutions.”

在美国,这几乎成了一种普遍现象,就是说,同样的房子,如果说屋主是白人,跟以为屋主是黑人的情况下相比,价格可能高出一倍。
In Indianapolis, a Black woman previously told CNN she did not reveal her race or gender on an application when arranging for an appraisal. She kept communication to email and told the appraiser that she would be out of town and her brother would be at her home during the appraisal. Then a White friend posed as her brother and met the appraiser instead of her.
The appraised value more than doubled -- it had been her third appraisal -- and it led her to file a Fair Housing complaint against the lenders and appraisers she had worked with alleging racial discrimination.
